Innovative Designs To Ensure Quality, Great Taste, And Food Safety
ANKO’s industrial design emphasize on user experience and food safety, ease of operation, and efficiency when assembling, and disassembling for cleaning. All machine parts that have direct contact with food ingredients are manufactured with food-grade materials and the “304” stainless steel. Additionally, since 2022, all ANKO machines have been upgraded to use eco-friendly refrigerants “R1234ze” for cooling. Studies have revealed that machines using this eco-friendly refrigerant have a Global Warming Potential (GWP) that is one-tenth of the original, considerably lowering emission and environmental pollution.
